Our cows are fed the best quality hay on the market. We have sourced hay from a Southern Utah farmer that believes in the same farming practices as we do. He grows a Non-GMO seed, He doesn’t spray his hay fields with any pesticides or chemicals, and He steam bales the hay. Those 3 things are super important to us and the quality of beef we produce.
We believe that feeding this specific hay with added supplements of vitamins and minerals that are necessary for their health, the results are a nutritionally balanced, sustainable feed that creates a marbled meat that you will love.
